3rd St Residence
This a modern, hybrid timber frame. Meaning all the joinery was accomplished with metal components in a mortise and tenon fashion. We also did all the concrete board form work. Brian from Lake Flato Architecture, "couldn't believe that we got it that accurate!"













Wild Flower Ranch
We got to show off our beam work and timber knowledge on this fun project. Also the last photo might be the largest cricket in Boulder County.


Pine Tree
Yes we do have the entire main level on temp walls. This was a fun remodel.







University
This was one of our first builds together years ago.
